Shipping zone 1: GTA (Toronto , Mississauga, Scarborough, Etobicoke, North York, peel, Brampton, Milton, Markham, Oakville) Standard delivery 3-5 days
Shipping zone 2: Burlington, Hamilton, Kitchener, St. Catharines, Niagara falls, Barrie, New market, Richmond hill, Pickering, Ajax Whitby, Oshawa, New castle 3 – 5 days
Shipping zone 3: Port hope, Coburg, Edville, Belleville, Prince Edward(ON), Kingston, Ottawa, Gatineau, Laval, Lassalle . Saint Laurent, Dorval, Montreal, west Montreal, Brossard , Mirabel, Longueil, 5-7 days.
*All custom items, open box items, pillows and mattresses are non-refundable and are final sale.
*Canadian made items and products for made to order products are final sales and have no refund or exchange.
Damages
We ask that our customers inspect their order prior to use/assembly. In the off-chance that you receive a damaged item, we require notice within 3 days of delivery. Once we are notified, we will replace the affected part(s) or send a complete replacement, if necessary.
